  • Life Coaching is not
Coaching is not a form of therapy or counseling. Therapists and counselors work with clients to address psychological or emotional issues, diagnose mental health disorders, and provide treatment for mental health issues. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on helping clients achieve specific goals, develop new skills, and make positive changes in their lives. Coaching is also not about providing advice or telling clients what to do. As a Coach I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and I work with clients to help them discover their own solutions and strategies for success. Coaching is also not a miracle cure for all of life's problems. While coaching can be incredibly effective at helping clients achieve their goals and make positive changes in their lives, it is not a silver bullet. Clients must be willing to put in the time, effort, and dedication to achieve their desired outcomes, and must take responsibility for their own progress and success.
  • How does it work?
Coaching begins with the coach and the client discussing the client's goals and objectives. During coaching sessions, the coach will work with the client to identify barriers and obstacles that are preventing them from achieving their goals, and will help them develop strategies and tools to overcome these obstacles. The coach may also provide feedback, support, and encouragement to help the client stay focused and motivated. Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client, with both parties working together to achieve the desired outcomes. The coach provides resources, tools, and exercises to help the client develop new skills and habits, and may assign tasks or homework to help the client stay on track. My Coaching sessions can be conducted , over the phone, via zoom or through video conferencing. The frequency and duration of coaching sessions can vary depending on the client's needs and goals. Coaching is most effective when it is done over a period of time, with regular check-ins and progress assessments.

It is important to carefully select a medium who resonates with you. Make sure they are either recommended to you or they can offer you testimonials from previous clients. Never have a reading from someone who approaches you, especially online there are alot of scams. A medium can only give you what they receive, they provide you with evidence it is up to you whether you believe it on not. It is essential to have an open mind during your reading. You don't need to fully believe a being skeptical is fine. Sometimes a Medium may give you evidence that you do not understand during your reading but it unfolds later on, this shows intelligence behind the communication. Make sure to bring a bring a pen and paper to a reading, to write down what the medium says. Sometimes when you ask other people who knew the person, they can verify information you didn't know. They will never give you messages of doom and gloom, only love and support. A reading is NOT and shouldn't be a scary experience. Its just like having a conversation. you answer yes or no to the Mediums statements. A mediumship reading is often a very emotional experience, give yourself time after a reading to reflect on the experience. Communication from a loved one in spirit may change the way you view life. Mediumship is not fortune telling, your future is not set in stone, sometimes the spirit world may give you a piece of evidence that will come to pass later on. The spirit world can not tell you what to do, they may give you advice but it is up to you if you want to take that on. We all have free will. If you receive a communication from someone in the spirit world who you do not want a message from, for any reason a medium should terminate that communication straight away.
